Before attending this session, think about your daily habits. What would you like to STOP doing? This could be stop smoking, eating sugar, procrastinating, swearing, drinking energy drinks or alcohol – whatever this looks like in your personal or work life. What would you like to START doing? Going to the gym, eating more vegetables, planning you day every day, playing with your kids every day, turning your phone off at night, once again, this is completely personal to you.

This will help you to start thinking about this during the session and make it more relevant and practical to you and your situation.
