Quick Communications Poll – Link to 2 question poll

We have a lot of different ways of sharing information and we want to make sure we are getting the important info out to you in the best way. Which communication channels do you rely on or focus on the most? Please use the link above to let us know 😊

Mental Health First Aid course dates:

  • Mondays – 2nd & 9th October 9-4pm (8 spaces left)
  • Tuesday and Thursday – 21, 23, 28, 30 November 9.00-12.30pm (15 spaces left)

Please chat to you manager/team leader, and let me know which session you are interested in. If you have already expressed interest for a particular cohort, I will be in touch to confirm shortly.

Staff Forum

A reminder we will be gathering later this month for two sessions of staff forum. We will repeat the same content at each session so we can have as many staff attend as possible. We will be joined by Tracey Robinson from P&C Wellbeing as well as our MLM Project Change Manager, Nicola Adams, from Digital Services.

We will have some group activities, some kai and some time for Q&A. Session information:

    • Monday 28th August 1-3pm
    • Wednesday 30th August 10am-12pm

Digital Information Project Update

The gradual transition from P Drive to One Drive is in progress. We are compiling any issues that arise with this – such as issues with Endnote library when cloud based, and syncing default save locations – and feeding them back to the Change Manager.

There was a recent announcement on the intranet that one remote access method is being retired at the end of this month – however there are other ways to do this and this access method is rarely used. If you access the network drives remotely when working from home and are concerned you may lose access, please get in touch and I can help you troubleshoot. You can read the article here.

Please get in touch if you have any questions or issues – I am happy to jump on teams and give you a quick run through if you feel unfamiliar with the OneDrive Environment.

Rosalind Patrick Awards – Applications open

We are gathering next month for the Annual Rosalind Patrick Awards on the 21st September at 10:30am. The Rosalind Patrick Award for funding professional development opportunities is still open – please chat with your manager if you need any support for professional development opportunities. Application here: https://forms.office.com/r/ckB4gvqnxm

Take care and enjoy the sunshine today!
