The current library discussion room booking system is moving to TimeEdit on Monday 13 May. Important things to know below.
- Existing bookings between 12-19 May are being migrated onto TimeEdit
- Existing bookings from 20 May onwards, will be cancelled. Students will need to re-book on TimeEdit
- ALL users with existing bookings will be emailed and notified what the change means for them
- TimeEdit allows users to book up to 15 hours per week in total. Each room can be booked for maximum of 3 hours.
- Some library staff will have admin rights in TimeEdit to cancel bookings or close rooms.
- TimeEdit will go live later this week, so students can start booking on the new system
- Webpage links to the current Room Booking pages will be updated Monday morning
- Information posters will be put in all the Library Discussion rooms
