In November, I posted about some changes to the Taylor and Francis package which included an impact of a 20 year rolling archive that would be applied to the new agreement.

In response to a UK open letter regarding this change in early February,  Taylor and Francis responded last week.  In the light of the decision Taylor and Francis have made to reinstate the 1997 content, they are now in the process of doing this for CAUL and CONZUL members as part of our contract with them.
