Could those staff responsible for keeping Calendar Exceptions up-to-date in Horizon please check your location’s dates for the Christmas break? As far as I’m aware, all libraries are closed from 24 December to 4 January (inclusive). Some locations have entered fewer days, and others additional days, in their exceptions.
