Some vigilant customer services staff have noticed that some people are showing as available for appointments in LibCal/Appointments over the Christmas break.

Alas there’s no system wide option to block out library closed times from appointments availability.  I’ve just now submitted an enhancement request for this feature.

To avoid students making appointments with you over the holidays please consider deleting availability in LibCal for the time you are off work over the break, or (more tediously) block the time out in your calendar as “Out of Office” (you can use the repeats and all day appointment options to do this more quickly).
