Something has gone awry with the file that loads staff information into Horizon borrower records.  Margaret is following up on this and working on fixing it.  The main consequence to date has been library staff losing access to the ULANZ form, which now has a workaround in place to let staff add/edit ulanz records.

The only other consequence we’ve noticed is missing departmental addresses in Horizon staff borrower accounts (seems to be mostly library and finance shared services staff).

They should be fixed up within the next couple of days.
