Get up to speed with EBSCO eBooks! This 1 hour session run by Nicki Cross from Ebsco will cover key tips in relation to searching for & accessing eBooks, using the Online eBook Viewer, and downloading eBooks offline. This will include features & functionality; access via mobile devices; eBook FAQs; & monitoring usage. Recent and upcoming changes will also be reviewed. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and links to support materials.

The session is booked for at 11am 8th July (Wednesday) in the Totara Meeting Room, Level 5, Puaka- James Hight. It may be of interest to liaison librarians, staff working in E-Services, Acquisitions and front line staff in Customer Service Team.
