Ngā Uara | UC Values – Workshops for all library staff

Kia ora

As you will have seen, UC now has Ngā Uara | Values that describe “how we do things around here”.

We are very pleased to share that Jeanine Tamati-Elliffe from Te Waka Pākākano will be presenting a workshop to UC Library staff on Ngā Uara and what these look like in everyday practice.

As these values will be flowing through to PD&Rs (mahi tahi) and position descriptions, all Library staff need to attend one of the following two workshops: Wednesday 22nd June 1:30-4:30 or Wednesday 27th July 9:30-12:30. Refreshments will be provided at each workshop.

You will shortly receive meeting requests for these two sessions: please accept the meeting request that best suits your calendar, and decline the other.

If you are unable to attend either of these sessions, please talk to your manager in advance to see how they can help.
