There have been some comments from staff that the outcome of the GSRR process over the last couple of years has been quite hidden. At the request of the TEU the following information on the outcomes by band has been created. You can see that, although the budget is constrained, it is possible to get accelerated progression or a bonus, and the numbers of staff who have been successful has been reasonably consistent over the last three years. I intend to update this table each year once the results are known.
You are encouraged to discuss your performance regularly with your manager informally and formally, particularly during the PD&R process and the GSRR round. For more information on the GSRR process please see the HR toolkit.
A reminder of the meeting with the VC tomorrow at 2pm in the Undercroft 101 Puaka James Hight.
There is a session in the room before the meeting so if you could help move the chairs into a circle when you arrive and back again when you leave it would be most helpful.
