Digital Research Seminar, including MB’s Theatre and Concert Programme collection

Come along and listen and/or contribute if you’re free, there’s sure to be something here to generate interesting discussions. MB staff have learnt a lot listening to Joanna’s ideas, perspectives and questions about collections and history.

Monday 24 Aug 11-12.30  PSYC/SOC 151

Part 1: Joanna Cobley (UC academic), Melissa McMullan (MB intern) and I will talk about the MB Theatre and Concert Programme collection and seek a digital humanities perspective on such collections from our UC colleagues .

Part 2: Steampunk  Aestheticism. “Joanna will highlight some of the research methodologies involved in researching the virtual and lived experiences of women Steampunk creators and consumers situated in post-apocalyptic Christchurch”
