Library PressDisplay
There has been a suggestion that Library PressDisplay should be included as one of the database quick links on the Database page. As there are a limited number of database “slots” on the page, it has been suggested that General OneFile drops off.
Does anyone have comments/objections?

Central Library Help Desk closed for Semester Break
The CL Help Desk is closed for the mid-semester break. Services are offered from the Lending Desk. To contact the Information Services office, please phone 6752 or Janette at 8891. ICTS staff will be present at the desk during the vacation.
ICTS Desk at Central closed at 3.15

ICTS Help Desk open at 11am
ICTS are having a planning morning until 11am on Monday, so will not be available at the CL Help Desk. The Loft staff will still be available to answer queries.
Postgrad passwords
Every postgraduate student this year has to come to the ICT Help Desk in the library to have their password reset.
Snap prepaid cards
We’ve had a number of requests for Snap prepaid internet cards for the Halls students. There is a Snap desk in the UCSA building (near Brasilia) which is open from 9am-4pm.
CourseMart
Just a reminder that CourseMart does not open until Monday 22nd February on Level 1 of the Central Library building, and will remain there for the first 3 weeks of term. It is thought that 50-60% of course readers may be available online via Learn. However students will need to check Learn to find out if their course reader is available online.
QH-R journals
Large quantities of journals are being moved to the Warehouse from Level 2 of the Central Library. Unfortunately there could be a short time lag between the move, the updating of the catalogue and the reshelving of titles in the Warehouse. If you or library patrons can’t find the item on the shelves, please see Janette or Alison Johnston.
