The Central Library can not log on to AskLive today. I have contacted Library IT and they can’t fix it today. Some of the branches can log on so AskLive will just be available when they are covering AskLive.

I have spoken to IT about the problems logging on; they say to check how long the people who have had trouble logging on have been logged on. If that have been logged on since this morning get them to log out and then log on again. If they have just logged on and it’s not working take down their user names (eg. fjh25) and let me know and I’ll contact IT again.

It looks like there are still some problems with the internet. I have contacted IT and am waiting to hear back from them.
I’ll keep you posted.

There are problems with the internet affecting log in, email, and blackboard. IT have been contacted and hope to have this sorted by 11am.

As you have probably discovered, many students are having trouble logging on to the computers. I have contacted IT and they are looking into the problem. I will put updates on counterculture.
