To help with planning your annual leave the Leave recording sheet is now accessible for all staff to see.
Sheets are password protected and only Library managers and Customer Services Coordinators have permission to add new leave requests and make changes.
The sheet will be used to record annual leave, planned sickness in advance, discretionary, long service and staff development leave.
Basic guidelines and a link to the Leave Calendar is available on WIKI.
The new system would be implemented from 23rd February 2015.

The Library is running a Staff Development Programme for all Library staff. Once again there is a great range of topics, with a lot of interesting tips to be learnt. This programme will run from 2nd-20th February at various times of the day, please check with your Manager before making your booking. The Library is running a Library Values Workshop for all Library Staff. The current values statements for the Library were developed in 2008. Since that time the Library has experienced extensive change.
The purpose of the workshop is to develop new values that are meaningful and reflect the core business and vision of the Library in 2015.
Staff will have the opportunity to review values, ideas and contributions and provide a framework for future interactions with customers and stakeholders.
The workshop will run on February the 5th and February 11th with 3 session on each day. Please check with your manager before making your booking.
