Starting next week, we have a few things happening for Mid-Year Orientation:
1. Library Tours – see Library News for details
2. Changes to the website – we are showcasing three library videos on the library home page, which will go live on Monday
3. Top Tips page for New Students page has been revamped and will be live this Monday
4. Coral and I will be going to an Orientation evening next Tuesday and will be taking along some Library promotional material. Margaret and Alison J attended the international students lunch yesterday.

Promotion of the tours and videos will happen via the LCD screens, Library News, Facebook and Twitter.

For those of you who remember Andy, we heard he died yesterday.

When students click on “Student Email” under the Current Students tag, they get a Microsoft Outlook Live screen. This can be a little confusing for some.
Their “Windows Live ID” is their student email: aaa11@uclive.ac.nz and their password is their usual student password.

We’ve had several questions from students needing to set their passwords. There’s a place to do this on the ICT page. It’s called undergraduate password reset tool but it also works for our PG Dip students.
There’s also a link on this page for PGs to reset their password but they need to know their existing password.
