Horizon is giving error messages and is not working. I have rung Library IT to report it.

Sound in AskLIVE
I noticed today that the sound alert does not work unless a guest/user of AskLIVE actually types and sends a question. It does not work if they just enter the room and don’t ask a question. You probably already know this, but I thought it might be a good idea to remind people that if you have Pandion minimised it is worth checking every few minutes to make sure no one has entered the conference room without having asked a question. We can then ask if we can help, (as per the instructions given in Janette’s email of 29 February).
Blue bags
We have no blue bags in the Law Library for delivering items to other campus libraries. If you have a supply of the blue bags, would you send a few to us, please? Thank you.
Cash reload machines
The cash reload machine in the Law Library is out of service. I contacted Copy Centre who said that there is a problem with Diebold and they do know when it will be fixed. There are probably other cash reload machines out of action in the Libraries on campus so I am posting this to let you know about the problem. Copy Centre advised us to turn the machine off at the wall, wait a few minutes and then turn it on again. We have done this a couple of times and the machine is still out of service, so I will monitor it and hopefully the problem will be fixed soon.
