2019 Budget

It’s that time of the year again to be thinking about any operational or capital items of expenditure that you’d like to be considered for the Library budget for 2019. It is also helpful to signal any large expenditure for 2020.
- Any major changes/additions/alterations that you are expecting to impact, positively or negatively, on our 2019 operational budget?
- Are there any projects that you would like to see happen in 2019 (or 2020) that will require additional resources (over $2,000)?
- Are there any changes you think may impact on other departmental budgets eg ITS or Campus Services?
The first forecast of the 2019 operational budget will be made the first week of June with consultation to the 14 June.
For each expenditure please provide justification as to why the items are required and an indication of likely timing.
Even a general indication of which 2019 quarter would be most helpful.
The Information Resources budget is managed separately. Any significant changes should be fed through to Tim.
Your comments would be appreciated before Thursday 31st May to me (using FinanceSharedServices email address) copying in Lyndsay, Helen and Anne.
