Outlook calendar issues

Kia ora,
Do you have just one or two issues with Outlook calendar that you can’t solve?
I’m looking at asking for a Calendar troubleshooting session from an expert.
Not an introduction, rather problem solving.

I’m aware there is a lot of teaching on so I’m trying to find a time when we can get greatest attendance.
If you are interested could you please email me with which week in term 1 would be best for you and any other timing considerations, e.g. I don’t work Fridays.

I’ll let you know if enough people are keen and I have set something up

Ngā mihi

Storeroom giveaway

I have been having a rummage in the Level 5 storeroom.
There are a number of oddities free to a good home.
There are several top of the line copy holders, and weirdly, a pillow protector.

I attach photos of what is there for those unable or willing to have a look in person.
These items are on the desk opposite Stuart in the Level 5 workroom. Help yourselves!

Connecting to Printers via UC Wireless

Hi all,

after fielding many student enquiries and since ICTS have not yet seen fit to provide instructions on their website on the new changed procedure for connecting to printers via UC Wireless, I have written up a set of rudimentary insstructions and placed them on K drive in the “Central 2011” folder.

I will also place a copy of the instructions in the cupboard behind the Central Library Information Desk.

Running Dayend this weekend

To all staff working at MB this weekend (14-15 May),

just to let you know that due to changes made to the Horizon Calendar we cannot currently run Dayend as normal on Jenny O’s PC, instead Peter Kennedy from Library IT will be having to run the program remotely from his computer. Please ensure therefore that Jenny O’s PC is logged out before closing the library until advised otherwise by Peter or Anne Scott.
