The Terms of Reference for the Library Committee state that there needs to be:
“One member of the Library staff elected by the Library staff”
Therefore I am calling for nominations from across both Library Research & Information Services and Library Support Services for the Library staff representative. There will be one representative covering both areas of the Library.
Please send nominations to Carole Rickman by 1pm on Tuesday 3rd April. Please can you check with the nominee first to ensure that they are happy to sit on the Library Committee. The Committee meetings normally take place on the 3rd Friday of each month (February to November) from 10am-11am.
If more than one nominee is received then an election will take place.
Please note that the Outlook distribution list entitled “LR Library CL Service Desk Liaison Librarians” has been changed to “LR Library Central Service Desk Liaison Librarians”.
Please note the the name of the Outlook distribution list titled “LR & IS Managers” has been renamed to “LR Library Research and Information Services Managers” as some people thought that this list was for the Learning Resources and ICTS managers.
