Glenna and James happily married!

Tēnā koutou katoa

Thank you all for your good wishes and blessings.

Some of you have attended our wedding on 17th Dec Sat 2022. Thank you for sharing our joy.  A month has gone by so quickly.  With 5 months of preparation before the wedding, invited more than 350 guests and with 270 guests confirmed of coming and lots of details going on behind the scenes, it is so worth it. We were so glad to see so many family and friends. Post some photos here to say thank you.

May we all have a fruitful, productive and happy year ahead.

Happy Chinese New Year to you all.

새해 복 많이 받으세요!

“Betty”

Kia ora

If you ever come to LAC office, you will be welcomed by this cute fellow “Betty”. It has definitely caused  a stir and curiosity as we still don’t know who put it there this morning plus a little bag of jelly bins. We were guessing HT but she was surprised too.

Anyway, we are thankful and have a good weekend everyone.

Homemade Kimchi for sale

Kia ora everyone,

I have homemade Kimchi for sale in medium size $6.50 for now and over the next two weeks. It is good for side dish or making Kimchi fried rice or meat/fish soup, see recipe suggestion link:

Kimchi fried rice (Kimchi-bokkeumbap)

Kimchi stew (Kimchi-jjigae)

You can send me an email stating how many bowl you want and arrange a time for pick up from Puaka JH. Note: It can be quite spicy.

Thank you for your support,

Glenna
