Copy Centre report that the change machine is out of change and won’t be filled until Tuesday.
The doors have locked themselves in the open position. Graham Woolstencroft has had a look and said he will install a new door controller.
I have emailed Facilities about the problem reported yesterday with windows on Level 2 rattling.
Facilities have been phoned about the flashing light in Dawn’s office 11.30am.
Marilyn has discovered that the note collection box in our reload station was upside down. This probably explains the problems we’ve been having with the machine rejecting notes. When anyone observes someone successfully using a note in the machine please let Marilyn know.
The reload station is still not accepting notes. Rang Copy Centre and Marilyn will log a call with Desktop Support. In the meantime users can still add value using coins.
One of the PCs (libp4) in the PSL Computer Room has a very noisy fan. Library IT have been notified.
