Rosalind Patrick and Staff Long Service Awards

Kia ora koutou,

As you’ve probably seen, the date of the Rosalind Patrick and Staff Long Service Awards celebration has been changed to Thursday 15th September, 10-11.30am. If you haven’t already done so, please either accept or decline the invitation in your Outlook
calendar, to help us to plan for the event.

We’ve had no applications for the Rosalind Patrick award this year so Library managers have been discussing how we could use this to provide professional development for all staff and we’ll share more on the day. We have a number of long service awards to
celebrate this year as well.

Ngā mihi,
Rachel

PLEASE RETURN ALL CUTLERY to PJH Level 5 Staffroom

PLEASE RETURN ALL CUTLERY to PJH Level 5 Staffroom – Especially TEASPOONS !!

Please check all draws, kitchens on other levels, lockers, your own handbag/backpack, under the stack of paper on your desk, scan every surface as you visit people to discuss work . . . ..

After the last time, we were given a couple of dozen teaspoons and we purchased two dozen, but they have gone walking again!

To avoid a future scenario of having to bring your own cutlery to work,
please leave all cutlery in the kitchen.

Update: UC Living our Value and Narratives

Kia ora koutou,

A notice from Jeanine, the facilitator for the UC Values workshops coming up tomorrow and next Wednesday:

Please can everyone bring a device along on the day (a phone/ tablet/ laptop etc) with the Kahoot! app downloaded?

Note that you can access Kahoot! via the website if you are using a laptop, so no need to download the app in that case.

We understand that not everyone will be able to do this, but if you possibly can it will be very helpful. Thank you!

Ngā mihi,
Rachel
