Library Computers and Mopiers over the Christmas Break

Hi Everyone,

We have had a few queries asking us what should happen with Computers and printers, when everyone turns out the lights this afternoon and heads away for a well earned break.

The Library Mopiers should be left turned on in their power save mode. Marilyn assures us that they will be just fine and dandy for the break in this state.

Everything else you can shut down, and switch off at the wall please.

Merry Christmas.
See you in the new year.

Network Account Problems with Library User codes this morning

This morning many of our user accounts have been locking out and then unlocking, on a fairly random basis.
ICT have not tracked down the problem, but it only seems to be affecting library accounts.

Please report which accounts are having problems as they occur so we can follow them up with ICTS. Retrying to login periodically is worth trying, as the accounts seem to unlock themselves as often as they lock.
