Recently I gave feedback on the upgrated beims remote system as I found it less user friendly than previously. Today I demonstrated my concerns to Catherine Sellin, Maintenance Planner,Engineering Services, Learning Resources.
Catherine has now logged a request with IT to find the problem as my screens are nothing like they are meant to be. Some of you may be in the same situation.
This link demonstrates what the new beims screens should look like.
I expect we will all be able to access the upgraded beims remote system soon. The update was carried out in December.
