Project Board deadline

The deadline for reports for the next Project Board meeting is 5pm, Thursday 20 May. This includes progress reports, project closure reports, and Project Charters.

If you have an idea for a project, please first check with your manager, then work out who will be project manager and project sponsor. In terms of documentation, the way to start a project is to complete a Project Brief document. The project sponsor will sign off on this and ask the project manager to complete a Project Charter document. The Project Charter is what you will submit to the Project Board.

If you have any questions about this process or what documents to use, please get in touch with Gabrielle, Kim, Brian or me.

Templates for the Project Brief and Project Charter documents are in K:\Projects\_Project-Administration\Templates.
