Political flyers wanted for MB

MB Library would like all the political flyers you all get in your letter boxes leading up to the election this year. Particularly ones from local MPs and candidates seeking our votes from all electorates over the city and rural areas. Please save them up and send in internal mail to Jenny at MB for our ephemera collection.

We would also like any musical or theatre programmes, art, festival or sports programmes for our ephemera collection. This collection relies solely on donations and has dwindled over the last few years.
Thanks for your support

EPS material and hampers

Please send EPS material to Central Library.
Every day since Central re-opened, MB Library has received journals for EPS in our hampers. It is mainly new incoming journals we are receiving, not books.
MB is housing the Law material, and Central the EPS material, so these need to be separated out before they leave Education library.
Thanks
Jenny

College of Arts advisors

For all staff working at the MB Library

The College of Arts office and the College of Arts advisors are located in the ground floor of building next door (east) to the MB library. The main entrance is through Aotahi (Maori and Indigenous studies), and the College of Arts is to the right. This was the Macmillan Brown Centre for Pacific Studies space.

Apparently some students have been directed to the wrong place. We have many students asking daily where to go for College of Arts, often they ask for someone by name, and you need to ask if they are an Arts advisor.
