Hi all
We’ve made a slight change to reference interloans at the desk.
On a patron arriving to collect, take the interloan out of the reference envelope, and pass item to patron – there should be no papers, barcodes, etc with the interloan, and nothing to check out on Horizon. We monitor due dates behind the scenes.
See our team manual or get in touch with me if you have any questions!
Cheers
Sue T
An interloan from another library was signed for by the mailroom in January, but never made it to Interloans. On the off chance the book may be on a desk somewhere, the title is ‘Integrated design and simulation of chemical processes’. It’s almost 700 pages, so fairly hard to miss.
Hi all
The interloan zportal account where patrons request interloans from is down this morning. We’re hopeful this should be fixed today.
Thanks,
Sue
James Hight building turns 40 on 23rd March, and to celebrate this we invite you to participate in a staff photograph on the main steps and afternoon tea tomorrow (Friday 21st):
3.30pm – assemble on front steps
3.45pm – photograph
4.00 – afternoon tea in Level 5 tearoom (bring a plate to share – tower-shaped cakes anyone?)
Memories and stories are welcome during our shared afternoon tea,
Cheers, Sue T
