A part of the hot water heater system for the toilets has failed. FM hope to replace it late Monday if possible.

The front doors are shaking, rattling and very noisy. FM have been rung.

The centre light over Angela’s desk is flashing and so the middle row of lights has been switched off. FM have been rung.

Someone has removed one of the lights in Study Room 1. FM have been phoned.

The EFTPOS machine is out of order. Marilyn has been notified and has put in a request to IT.

There is an unpleasant smell coming from the plant room on Level 1. FM have been over to have a look at it so hopefully something will happen this week.

The downstairs student printer is printing with a dirty band across the middle of the page, both back and front. IT have been emailed.
