Kia ora koutou, there seems to be an issue with the interloans system this morning. I am logging a ticket with OCLC. May be intermittent. So if you get any queries please tell people to request later as hopefully this will be fixed. Thanks.
Kia ora koutou, there seems to be an issue with people accessing articles via multisearch. You can access by Google Scholar if you have UC as your Library (Settings, library links) up or via the record in the library catalogue using the Journal title.
**Good news. Just heard from OCLC. The issue is now fixed**
**OCLC has been contacted and they are looking into this. People can email interloans if they cannot wait until this issue is resolved**
Seems like there is an issue accessing the interloans form at the moment. I could not log in on any browser. Varying messages. So we will need to contact OCLC tomorrow. Please ask people to wait until this is fixed. Thanks.

Kia ora koutou, Customer Services (PJH and EPS) are having a team meeting from 9:30am to 11:00am. We will not be able to answer any AskLive queries so can those who can please log on to AskLive (especially around the 10:00-10:30 morning tea slot). Thanks.
Kia ora koutou, the process for a thesis digitization request has been reviewed. A summary of the updated process below. More information can be found here
All thesis digitization requests received via email, verbally, interloans or other way should be forwarded to LAC collections@libr.canterbury.ac.nz this is primarily to avoid a double up in requests.
If there is a query about a thesis eg. having trouble viewing or cannot open files then the email is forwarded to the repository ucresearchrepository@canterbury.ac.nz
If there is a query about viewing a thesis at MB (if a thesis cannot be digitized, or the person wishes to view now rather than wait for the thesis to be digitized) then email forwarded to MB macbrown@libr.canterbury.ac.nz
Kia ora koutou, there is a message appearing when people are trying to login to their interloans account. Messages vary according to the browser being used. The message is something along these lines: ‘Your connection is not secure’ or ‘This site is not secure’. Eservices have contacted OCLC (the interloans vendors) to have our security certificate renewed. Eservices have said this is still safe to use. If you do get any queries the patron needs to either click on ‘advanced’ or ‘more information’ (again depending on the browser used) and they can click on the link from there to the login page.

Update. Donna has heard back from OCLC and this is their response “our tech team are investigating. In the meantime as a short term workaround, your patrons should be able to click through to the Advanced options and accept the certificate and login to VDX”. Bryce
VDX and ZPortal are not working at the moment. OCLC in Australia have been contacted and are working on the problem. Please tell any user trying to access ZPortal to try later as we are also unable to access.
