A pair of glasses have been handed in at the Edu desk – left by the basin in the downstairs womens’ loos. They are in the top drawer at the desk if/when their owner appears. EC

The men checking the fire alarm/water sprinkler system in Edu last week have left some paperwork behind – two booklets of forms. The booklets are in the lost property box if they come back looking for them. EC

We have distance people in for residential this week

The DVD in the hard floor area is set to play on repeat – can whoever is working in the morning/evening turn it on/off? The equipment belongs to P.E. and can’t be used to watch the rugby on weekends (no aerial!!). The set up will be here until the first week of October when Suzana Janko will organise it’s removal. Sian

The colour copier has been misfeeding. I called Ricoh and it seems to be ok now. If it happens again you need to just pull out all the covers and the feeding trays.

Just so you know. The problem with the downstairs copier has been lodged with IT-so someone should be coming to fix it.

We’re getting lots of requests for assignment coversheets at present. There are copies in the filing cabinet behind the desk. Before you give away the last one please remember to make some more copies! Its also available online via StudentNet. EC

The colour copier now has a lock on it.
We only have one set of keys and they look like the other photocopier keys.
So I have put red dots on the colour copier set and they are in the same bag as the other keys.
