After clearing misfeeds please take care when closing the cover – either push it from the centre (where the dots are) or evenly on both sides. Pushing it from the left hand side only can bend the latching mechanism. Ricoh are going to attach a red sticker to remind us .

Readings for this seem to be rather busy. Please remind students that the readings are available electronically. Search using ‘edpe 151’ and select ‘course code’ from the drop down menu

We now have markers for the shelving trolley so the two parts of this collection can be kept separate. These match the (rather small) labels on the Recently Returned shelves. Please put these markers in the books on either end of the trolley when making up a trolley so that the shelvers can easily see which part of the collection to shelve into.

The strut on the left hand side of the lid has been broken on the upstairs photocopier c4. Has been reported.

We’re having ongoing problems with Research Room printer jamming when feeding from Tray 3 – I’ve removed all paper from this tray and it has defaulted to tray 1 or 2.

Individual bins for:
Paper recycling – please note this includes receipt printer paper
Courier bag recycling – cleaners do not need to empty, we will move to workroom when full and shirley will return to facilities
Rubbish to landfill – any other rubbish.

If students or members of the public wish to use our display boards for notices that are not generated by UC, please advise them:

If it is advertising something for sale or rent: L1 on hard floor area.

If it is for anything else: L2, above workbenches around LC collection only. THey also need to note to use the right hand side of the board. The left hand side of the board is reserved for UC posters.
