There is some potentially very useful material regarding Design Thinking for libraries on the LIANZA web site. The Design thinking toolkit for libraries  has been created specifically for libraries and can be used to assist with creating solutions to challenges regarding services, spaces, etc. The toolkit is freely available to download.
