This week a team of postgraduate students from the College of Education, Health and Human Development organised a Kiwi and international bake sale and cake auction on Dovedale Campus to raise money for Nepal.

They managed to raise around $2000 for the Nepal New Zealand Friendship Society of Canterbury’s fund which was set up in conjunction with the Student Volunteer Army.

A huge thanks goes out to the volunteers, bakers, cooks and generous purchasers. And thanks to Suzanne Hodgson from the School of Health Sciences for letting us know about this.

Well done everyone involved! You make us proud 🙂
