2018 End-of-year Examinations

Exam room allocations

Room allocations for the 2018 end-of-year exams will be available on Friday, 19 October from the examinations dates and timetables webpage>

Please double-check that you have written down the right course codes, days and times of your examinations.  You should report to the exam room no later than 10 minutes prior to the official start time.  Students may enter an examination room 45 minutes after the start of the examination.

No alternative sitting will be available if you miss your exam or arrive after 10.15am (for a morning exam) or 3.15pm (for an afternoon exam).  An exception to this is if you have valid grounds as covered under the regulations for Special Consideration.

Please also take the time before your exams to familiarise yourself with the UC examination instructions. Of particular note are the regulations regarding cell phones and watches in exams, and the UC Calculator policy for the identification of standard non-programmable calculators in exams. Exams which require an “approved” sticker are indicated in these instructions.

If you have any queries, please feel free to contact the Examinations team>

End-of-year examination results

The 2018 final grades will be available online from 7.00pm on Friday, 30 November.

Students can access their results by logging into the myUC and selecting the link “Internal Transcript & Results”. This is a period of high activity for myUC, so you may experience a slower than usual performance. If a final grade does not appear on your transcript, please contact the department concerned during normal business hours (9am-5pm).

Some postgraduate and College of Education, Health and Human Development courses run to a different schedule, so any remaining results will be released as soon as they are available.

If you need further information about results and appeals you can find more on the Results and Appeals webpage>
