Stay well this winter

Winter wellness – play it safe

It’s important to take care of yourself and others this winter. We are in the middle of flu season, and still in Covid-19 Alert Level 1, so it is best to play it safe and take precautions to prevent the spread of viruses.

If you feel sick or have flu/cold like symptoms, stay at home. Message your mates or lecturers if you need support with your study.

Focus on your hygiene

  • Wash your hands
  • Sneeze and cough into your elbow
  • Don’t touch your face

Clean surfaces regularly, especially door handles and phones.
