Looking after your Wellbeing

Following the move into Alert Level 2, it is okay if you are feeling a little overwhelmed right now.

During times like these it is important that we look after ourselves and our loved ones. Remember to be kind to yourself, to take regular breaks and to treat yourself for anything that you achieve today, no matter how small.

Make sure to check in with your friends and family and please reach out if you need some extra support there are some great services available here at UC.

We have been here before and we will get through this together.
