Update to MyTimetable

UC has upgraded MyTimetable from an on premise version, to an online Cloud based version. This has updated our module significantly, and offers new features but with most of the same look and feel of the previous version.

As of Tuesday 19th January at 3pm the on premise (existing) version of MyTimetable will be disabled for a period of no more than 24 hours. The older version will then be set to “Read Only” access for students until Wednesday 20th of January at 12 noon at which point you will be able to log in to the new version of MyTimetable. Any existing course activity allocations will roll over with this migration, so you shouldn’t need to go in and reallocate into any already allocated activities.

Your usual UC usercode (ie abc123) and password will allow you access to the new system.

Students are requested to delete their old “Live Calendar” or iCal from their computers/phones, and download the new calendar from MyTimetable on Wednesday 20th January after 12pm.

The timetable will also be available via AKO | LEARN and from UCGO from Wednesday 20th January 12pm.

New videos and support documentation are being developed for students showing the additional features within the new version. These will be available on the timetabling webpage before the start of Semester One.
