Event: Pride, no Prejudice – Bringing your Authentic Self to Recruitment, brought to you by the Boston Consulting Group

UC Careers are pleased to share information about this upcoming event on 15 October at 5:00 pm.

At BCG, we celebrate the diversity of our teams and recognise the importance of building an inclusive culture. Pride@BCG strives to make BCG the most fulfilling firm for LGBTQIA community members to work for, and actively recruits top talent and supports LGBTQIA individuals throughout their careers.

Our Pride@BCG team are opening their (virtual) doors to the student community to bring you a seminar on being your authentic self throughout any recruitment process. This is your opportunity to get to know our LGBTQIA employees and hear their stories as they have an open discussion and share their experiences on bringing diversity to the interview table. Spaces are limited and by invitation only.

We have been getting  great feedback from them on services provided!

So please  book an appointment or email us with any questions, using your UC email address.
