Zoom has been added to UCGO, making it easy to connect with your classmates and join meetings on the go, from anywhere.
Follow these steps to set up your Zoom account on UCGO:
- Click the Zoom tile from the UCGO home screen
- Click sign in, choose to sign in with SSO.
- Enter canterbury as the domain name
- Type in your UC email address and enter your UC password
- Follow the prompts to finish set up
- You are now ready to use Zoom from UCGO
Did you know you can also access your UCGO profile from your computer, laptop or iPad? Simply follow this link and log in. Bookmark it now so you can easily connect to zoom, see what’s happening on Insider’s Guide and at the RecCentre and keep up with UC on our social media channels.
Troubleshooting: If Zoom will not open in UCGO, check you have the latest version of the app. You can do this by checking you have the April update in the about section found in UCGO settings. If you have an earlier version simply update UCGO in your app store.

Introducing a new format to the UCGO family – UCGO launch pad!
Log into UCGO from your desktop, laptop or iPad and easily connect to the tools you need to succeed at UC. The launch pad has all the same tools you’re used to seeing and uses the same settings as UCGO on your phone. It is easy to arrange, shift and remove tools as you like, and these changes will be applied to each device you log into UCGO on.

UCGO is the student app with the tools you need to succeed at UC. Through UCGO you can access heaps of your personal UC accounts such as LEARN, your library account, personal email and your class timetable.
Make LEARN your best friend while studying at UC. It is the best way to find all your course material including any course forms, additional notes and lecture videos. You can also connect with your classmates and discuss ideas, making completing your assignments easier.
With UCGO browse the Library category, see what you’ve borrow and check the status of books you’ve requested. You can also top up your account and see if you have any, ahem, fines.
It can be busy at the start of semester so keep on top of your admin by getting your student emails straight to your phone using the app. You can also see your personal class timetable and find the class using maps.
