Mindfulness for Wellbeing 17 Oct – 5 Dec

Do you find yourself always on the go, struggling to find time for yourself, constantly juggling and living in your head, rather than in living in the here and now?

If so, then Mindfulness Stress Reduction may be just what you need.

Mindfulness is the ability to pay attention to the present moment with kindness and curiosity. It supports us to be able to shift from ‘automatic pilot’, live more fully in the present and reduce stress.

The Psychology Centre is running an 8-week course that will introduce you to a range of mindfulness practices and has an experiential and educational focus.

The course runs from 17 Oct to 5 Dec, Tuesday nights, 6pm
