Final myUC: Easy Enrolment release for 2017 delivered

Kia ora koutou katoa,

I’m pleased to announce that on 5 December the Student First Programme team successfully completed the delivery of the final myUC: Easy Enrolment release for 2017.

This latest release further extends myUC: Easy Enrolment’s reach to include returning students across all Colleges as well as providing staff with the ability to apply on behalf of a student.

A key element of this release is the automated population of information from Jade to myUC: Easy Enrolment, meaning that information relating to a student’s record can be retrieved from Jade by myUC: Easy Enrolment. This is a major milestone for the Student First Programme to deliver this remaining functionality in 2017.

Further information and supporting documentation relating to this release is available in the Current Projects section of the Student First Programme intranet site including training documents and any feedback we receive.

As always, we appreciate all the suggestions and feedback – these continue to be hugely valuable as the Student First Programme team seek to make a positive impact on the enrolment experience we provide for students and staff – making it Simple, Fast and Certain.

Ngā mihi
