This year our online e-learning system (Learn) experienced a substantial increase in usage compared to previous years. Unfortunately it has struggled to keep up with the load, and has continued to experience periods of slow performance and system outages.
ITS continue to monitor Learn closely, and are working with an external support vendor to resolve these Learn performance issues. However this work is still underway and we cannot yet confirm when these issues will be fully resolved.
