Congratulations to the recipients of the 2020 Academic Exchange Schemes

The Erskine Programme is pleased to announce the following Oxford, Cambridge and Canterbury Fellowships and Grants to and from UC in 2020.

Canterbury Fellowship (coming to UC): Semester 2, 2020

  • Professor Catriona Pennell from the Department of Humanities at the University of Exeter, UK. Professor Pennell will visit the School of Humanities and Creative Arts and the School of Languages, Social and Political Sciences.
  • Professor Pamela Jane Schwikkard from the Department of Public Law at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Professor Schwikkard will visit the School of Law.

Visiting Cambridge Fellowship: Semester 1, 2020

  • Dr Edwin Dalmaijer from the MRC Cognition and Brian Sciences Unit at the University of Cambridge, UK. Dr Dalmaijer will visit the Department of Psychology.
  • Professor Ben Gripaios from the Cavendish Laboratory at the University of Cambridge, UK. Professor Gripaios will visit the School of Physical and Chemical Sciences.
  • Dr Sinead Moylett from the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Cambridge, UK. Dr Moylett will visit the School of Health Sciences.

Visiting Oxford Fellowship

  • Associate Professor Katharine Burn from the Department of Education at the University of Oxford, UK in Semester 2 2020. Associate Professor Burn will visit the School of Teacher Education.
  • Professor Martin Castell from the Department of Materials at the University of Oxford, UK in Semester 1 2020. Professor Castell will visit the School of Physical and Chemical Sciences.
  • Professor Stephen Harrison from Corpus Christi College at the University of Oxford, UK in Semester 1 2020. Professor Harrison will visit the School of Humanities and Creative Arts.

Visiting Māori and Indigenous Studies Fellowship

  • Dr Kerekere from Tīwhanawhana Trust in Gisborne will visit Aotahi – the School of Māori and Indigenous Studies in Semester 1 2020.

Oxford Grant

  • Professor Gail Gillon from the Child Wellbeing Research Institute will be visiting the Department of Experimental Psychology and the Department of Education at the University of Oxford, UK in Semester 1 2020.
  • Dr Shea Elizabeth Esterling from the School of Law will be visiting the Faculty of Law and the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights at the University of Oxford, UK in Semester 2 2020.
  • Associate Professor Patrick O’Sullivan from the School of Humanities and Creative Arts will be visiting the Faculty of Classics at the University of Oxford, UK in Semester 1 2020.

Cambridge Grant

  • Dr Toni Collins from the School of Law will be visiting the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge, UK in Semester 1 2020.
