Limited IT Service Desk availability 13-14 December

In order to drive continuous improvement, enhance your customer experience and to allow us look at new ways of working to deliver IT solutions, ITS staff will be participating in workshops over Thursday 13 and Friday 14 December.

In these workshops the team will be using Design Thinking to define the scope of identified problems, understand root causes, create solutions and test rapid prototyping.

Lessons learnt from these workshops will be used to improve the evaluation of future solutions, enhance cross-team collaboration and help to improve your overall IT experience.
