To aid with the software budgets for the remainder of this year 2020 and for 2021 IT Services are asking for your assistance.
If you plan to use new software (both on UC computers or software as a service) or increase/decrease the usage of an existing product or no longer require software you need to tell us.
Given the current situation with Covid-19 we also need for you to tell us if you require software to be used by students and/or staff on personal computers, as this could change the licensing requirements for the software.
To assist with this process, a list of known existing software for your college / service area will be made available to your Finance Manager and they will co-ordinate the response back to ITS. They will be asking that you confirm the accuracy of the current software and that you identify any additional requirements, both for 2020 and for 2021.
We will be asking that your respective Finance Managers provide the completed template back to IT Services at email@example.com by the 31 May 2020. Failure to notify IT Services of your additional /changes in software requirements may result in ITS having difficulties in accommodating your request.
