In mid-May, the Early Career Researcher (ECR) Forum of the Royal Society Te Apārangi opened a national survey of early career researchers.
ECRs are important to longevity and performance of research-related industries in Aotearoa New Zealand, including tertiary education institutions, Crown Research Institutes, and private business. Yet little is known about the demographic features of the ECR population, their experiences, their attitudes, and their professional intentions. Our survey of ECRs hopes to address these knowledge gaps.
It’s important to get a full picture of the ECR population and UC is crucial for us getting the fullest picture possible. Please circulate this information to anyone at UC who may be interested.
The survey is anonymous, takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and is accessed via this link. An information sheet can be accessed via the link too.
