Growing Personal Resilience course
9am-12.30pm – Thursday 7 & Monday 11 April
This course focuses on giving you a clear understanding of the
difference between pressure and stress, and how this can affect you, your health and your productivity.
Initially you will find out how you treat stress, learn how to identify it, and the health impacts of allowing stress to manifest. You will leave with some tools and techniques to keep the pressure at bay.
