Wellbeing video for UC ākonga

Exams are coming up and this time can be especially stressful for students, especially this year with Covid-19-related disruptions. For many students, looking after their wellbeing draws the short straw. 

To raise awareness around wellbeing and share helpful tips and tricks, the UC Health Centre created a short video in which Dr Jane Scott and Dr Victoria Price, who are both GPs at the UC Health Centre, cover Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s four pillar plan for wellbeing.
