Leaders webinar (24 Aug) – Leading through Lockdown

A free webinar from Mentemia:

As a Senior Leader, it can be incredibly tough and overwhelming to lead in these times right now, especially with an extension of lockdown looming.

Dealing with different circumstances across your teams, their feelings and reactions, all while juggling your own personal situation can be challenging to say the least.

Join us tomorrow at 2 PM NZST / 12 PM AEST as Sir John Kirwan will lead an awesome panel of leaders and experts sharing their insights and advice on what to focus on during these times.

This webinar is perfect for anyone managing people and teams – so please feel free to share this with anyone in your organisation who might benefit.

In the session we’ll cover:

  • How to lead well in these times
  • What these senior leaders are doing
  • What they wish they’d done last time
  • And we will finish with a 15 minute Q&A to the panel

We understand the quick turnaround of this webinar may mean that you cannot attend, so we will ensure that all registered attendees are sent a recording after the event.

Free wellbeing webinar today (Thursday) at 1pm

With all the planning in the world, a Covid-19 outbreak can still trigger feelings of anxiety, stress, frustration, fatigue, and even anger.

You may be experiencing these feelings yourself. Your people leaders may be feeling this way, and so may your wider team. And that’s okay.

Join us for a webinar tomorrow at 1 PM, where Sir John Kirwan and Dr Fiona Crichton will be hosting The return to Level 4 lockdown – reaction & coping strategies

This session will help offer some ideas on what we can do to care for ourselves and those around us, plus what tools and content within the Mentemia app can be used to put ideas into action.

This is a great session to share with your people to support them during this Level 4 lockdown and build awareness of the Mentemia app in your organisation.

We understand the quick turnaround of this webinar may mean that you cannot attend, so we will ensure that all registered attendees are sent a recording after the event.
