Delay in processing student accounts

Digital Services has identified an issue which is delaying the processing of new and returning student accounts and course changes to be processed. The current delay is around 48 hours.

​​​​​​​Digital Services have prioritised the resolution of this delay and will be working with our communication partners and management to minimise the impact and risk to our new and returning students. 

If you are continuing to having difficulties after the 48 period, please visit UC Services Portal to raise a ticket.
